Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the It's OK! mobile application (the "App") operated by Resonance Studio, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.
By using It's OK!, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the It's OK! app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Under this license you may not:
- • Modify or copy the materials
- • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
- • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
- • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
- • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Do Not Use For:

- • Diagnosis of medical conditions
- • Treatment of eating disorders
- • Management of chronic diseases
- • Prescription dietary requirements
If you have any concerns about your health, experience adverse effects, or have a medical condition, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately.
Acceptable Use
You May:

- ✓ Provide feedback
You May Not:
- ✕ Upload inappropriate content
- ✕ Harass other users
- ✕ Attempt to hack the App
- ✕ Use for illegal purposes
- ✕ Violate others' privacy
- ✕ Spread misinformation
- ✕ Reverse engineer the App
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resonance Studio, Inc. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content
By uploading content to the App (including meal photos, descriptions, and other data), you:
Grant Us License To:
- • Use, modify, and analyze your content
- • Improve our AI and machine learning models
- • Provide services to you and other users
- • Create anonymized aggregate data
You Retain:
- • Ownership of your content
- • Right to delete your content
- • Control over sharing settings
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

Termination
You May Terminate
You can stop using the App at any time. Delete your account through the app settings to remove your personal data.
We May Terminate
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation:
- • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- • That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- • That the nutritional analysis will be 100% accurate
- • That the App will meet your specific requirements
- • That defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability
In no event shall Resonance Studio, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is less.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resonance Studio, Inc. and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- • Your use and access of the App
- • Your violation of any term of these Terms
- • Your violation of any third party right
- • Any content you upload to the App
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We Will Notify You By:
- • Posting the new Terms in the App
- • Updating the "Last Updated" date
- • Sending an email notification
- • Showing an in-app notification
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
